4) WhatsApp messaging, opt-in, and opt-out

·        You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP” (orany equivalent instruction like “unsubscribe/opt out”) on WhatsApp, or by emailing privacy@aimnow.in.
·        We will respect requests to discontinue/opt outof WhatsApp communications.
·        You can also block our business on WhatsApp at any time.

5) How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as needed with:

A) Campaign sponsors / brand clients (campaign delivery & reporting): If a campaign is conducted on behalf of a brand/client, we may share relevant campaign outcomes and participant data necessary for campaign execution and reporting (e.g., lead lists, opt-in status, engagement metrics, feedback). The brand/client may process data under its own privacy practices.

B) Service providers (processors): We may use trusted third parties to operate our services (hosting, analytics, CRM, messaging tools, logistics). They may access data only to perform services for us and must protect it.

C) Meta / WhatsApp (for message delivery): When you communicate with us via WhatsApp, Meta/WhatsApp processes certain information to deliver messages and operate the WhatsApp Business Platform.

D) Legal and safety: We may disclose information where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

6) Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:
·        deliver campaigns/services
·        maintain records for accounting/compliance
·        resolve disputes
·        enforce agreements.

‍Cloud API note: messages processed via Cloud API may have a maximum retention period of up to 30 days for base functionality. 
Separately, AIM may retain contact records and conversation history in our internal systems where needed for support, audit, and campaign reporting, unless you request deletion (see Section 11).

7) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; however, we work to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

8) International transfers
Our service providers (including messaging and cloud infrastructure) may process information on servers located outside your state/country. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards.

Meta expects a clear method for users to request deletion of their data.

To request deletion of your personal information from AIM systems:

Email privacy@aimnow.in from your registered email (if applicable), or include your WhatsApp number, with subject: “Delete My Data”, OR

‍Send a WhatsApp message to +91-7010142794 with: “DELETE MY DATA”.

‍Verification: We may verify your request (e.g., confirming the request is made from the same WhatsApp number).

What we delete: We will delete or anonymize your personal data from active systems unless we must retain certain records for legal, compliance, or fraud-prevention purposes.

C) WhatsApp opt-out
To stop WhatsApp messages, reply STOP anytime or block the business. We will honor opt-out requests.
