1) How to request deletion of your data
You can request deletion of your personal data associated with AIM (including WhatsApp interactions) in either of these ways:
Option A — Email
Send an email to privacy@aimnow.in with the subject line: Delete My Data
In the email body, include:
·        Your WhatsApp number (in international format,e.g., +91XXXXXXXXXX)
·        Your name (optional)
·        A brief line: “I request deletion of my personal data.”
Option B — WhatsApp
Send a WhatsApp message to +91-7010142794 with the text:
DELETE MY DATA
2) Verification (to protect your data)
To prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may verify that:
the request is coming from the same WhatsApp number, and/or
we may ask for minimal details needed to confirm ownership.
3) What we delete
Once verified, we will delete or anonymize personal data from our active systems, which may include:
·        your WhatsApp number and profile name (as storedby us).
·        conversation records stored in our internaltools/CRM.
·        campaign-related records linked to youridentifier (where applicable).
4) What we may retain (limited cases)
We may retain certain information if required for:
·        legal or regulatory compliance.
·        accounting/tax records.
·        fraud prevention, security, or disputeresolution.
5) Processing timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days (often sooner).
